02. What this website uses
Visiting only the landing page or information pages does not require this cookie to be set. Your browser may send a cookie already present from an earlier visit to the form.
We do not use profiling or advertising cookies, analytics, marketing pixels, localStorage, sessionStorage or third-party CAPTCHA. The form’s spam checks run on our own server.
03. Why there is no consent banner
Strictly necessary technical cookies do not require prior consent, but users must still be informed. This version of the website uses only these cookies, so it does not display a consent banner. This distinction is reflected in Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidance.
If non-essential trackers are added in future, this notice will be updated and, where required, a consent mechanism will block them until the user makes a choice and allow consent to be refused or withdrawn.
04. Links to external services
Google Maps is accessed through a normal link; maps are not embedded in the page. Similarly, the SeenStudio link opens that website without loading its content before you click. The privacy and cookie notices of external services apply after you open their links.
Email and phone links open the application selected on your device. The website does not load external content simply to provide these links.
05. How to manage cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. If you delete or block the essential cookie, you can still read the website, but submitting the form may not work. Email and phone contact remain available. After deleting the cookie, reopen the Contact page to start a new session.
06. Checks and updates
This description covers the components present in the application. Any change to the website’s services must be accompanied by a cookie review and an update to this page.
